Page 94! Another quick one, and one I couldnt resist. Alas, David Hayter was not asked to play Big Boss in the upcoming new Metal Gear Solid game (or…games? At this time, we’re still not sure how it works)…So. He may not be playing him or Snake again. But in comments Hayter made, he seems to accept it, and he had a good run. I’ll miss him, too.

I should be posting other things here, other than reblogging my own comics. So, here’s some art again. This year is Final Fantasy’s 25th Anniversary! Yeah. Seriously. .____. I drew this a while ago, as such. I’d kind of like to draw more elaborate things, but I probably won’t have the time….So here’s Mog being classy! I tried some different coloring techniques, too, so if there are any folks viewing this who actually know what they’re doing and wondering why it looks weird, that’s probably why. :P
Page 67! This is sort of like an editorial cartoon on myself, I guess. I do feel that I’ll just never catch up to games these days….There’s too many, I have too little time and money…I’m a whole generation behind, at least. Nintendo’s new console, the Wii U, is coming out this year, too, even. Oy, I’ll just…never catch up! I can’t! D:

Page 56 is a go. Yeah, I can’t say we’re too….thrilled about Final Fantasy Versus XIII here. I wonder what the title is even all about…But that’s just it; I haven’t been following news about it, so I really don’t know what the game is even supposed to be. There was suspicion that since it’s taking so long to make, and there hasn’t been any real news released about it in a long while, it was probably scrapped. Well, Square-Enix did come out and say that’s not the case. Well, all right then.
Like a lot of fans, I think the series has been overall going downhill for a number of years. Games I have played in the past several years have been overall okay, but there’s just been something missing…I suppose part of it is because other companies have been trying to copy what FF has been doing for years and it’s been hard for them to be too different anymore. I denno. I just don’t follow or play the series much anymore.

Heh, Mega Woman! And ProtoWoman! You know, I think the designs look well for woman characters. I know this isn’t the first time this concept has ever been suggested or done, but I must say, I find this to look really good. I also find it interesting that Roll’s hands clearly look mechanical when they usually don’t, and look like they have ‘skin.’
It looks like the only other change is IceWoman. ;3 Boy…BombMan looks….kinda beefy.

Ha ha, these are cool! I’ve wanted to try pixel art before, and I’ve looked up ways to do it, but….ugh, I don’t think I have the knack for it. Maybe I’ll try again, some day.
